We offer both one-off purchases and subscriptions. Some of our offers include a subscription as part of the deal, but it’s not mandatory for all purchases.
If you selected an offer that included a subscription, this would have been clearly shown before checkout - including a tickbox to confirm your understanding of the terms and conditions for your plan.
🔍 How to Check Your Subscription Status
To confirm whether you have an active plan:
Log into your account on our website.
Go to your Account area and select “Subscriptions”.
From there, you’ll see the status of your subscription and any upcoming deliveries.
📦 A Quick Overview of the Subscription Terms
Rolling Subscription
You’ll receive recurring deliveries of Pinter Packs according to your selected delivery frequency.
Minimum Order Requirement
If you joined through one of our promotional offers, such as the Fresh Brewer or Master Brewer plan, your subscription includes a minimum number of orders that must be completed before cancellation is permitted:
Fresh Brewer Plan: Minimum of 6 subscription orders
Master Brewer Plan: Minimum of 12 subscription orders
Please be aware that your initial order (including the Pinter) does not count as your first Auto Delivery order.
These requirements are agreed to at checkout and will be shown in the offer terms.

Payment
You’ll be charged automatically each time your subscription renews. You can also use the “Send ASAP” feature if you want your next order sooner.
No Beer Selected?
If you haven’t chosen your beers before your subscription date - or if your chosen beer is out of stock - we’ll send the default beer of the month.
If your subscription is active, we’ll send you an email 10 days before your next order is processed. This reminder lets you know your subscription order is coming up soon and highlights some of the community’s favourite styles, giving you the chance to explore new options and make changes before it goes through.
🔧 Managing Your Plan
In the “Your Subscription” section of your account, you can:
Cancel your subscription — once your minimum order requirement (Fresh Brewer or Master Brewer) has been met
Change beer selections
Update delivery preferences (address, payment, etc.)
Adjusting Your Subscription Frequency
You can change how often your subscription renews directly from the subscription section of your account.
You can choose for your subscription to renew every:
4 weeks
6 weeks
8 weeks
Changing your subscription frequency does not affect your Fresh Brewer or Master Brewer minimum order requirement.
Note: Any changes must be made before 11:59pm the day before your subscription renews.
