Is the Purifier safe?Updated 21 days ago

Yes. We currently have two types of Purifier. Both contain Sodium Percarbonate, which is a common cleaning ingredient, effective and safe to sanitise your Pinter.

The only difference is the amount of Sodium Percarbonate:

  • One type contains a very small amount of Sodium Percarbonate, which does not require any special labelling.

  • The other contains a higher amount, which means it must carry a Limited Quantity (LQ) label for shipping. This label is purely a transport requirement for small amounts of oxidising substances. It does not affect the safety of using the product at home.

How to use it:

  • Always use the full sachet each time you clean your Pinter to ensure proper sanitisation.

  • For full safety guidance, check the product label.

  • Step-by-step cleaning instructions are available in the Pinter App.

💡 If you experience any issues returning a Purifier because of the label, please contact Customer Support and request a human agent.
